Please read the below on what you can and can not do with the web template designs we offer for sale. We can install purchased templates on your web site for a fee of $200. This is for 5 web pages and does not include the purchase of the templates.

If you host your web site with Bummer Hosting Solutions, we will install most software programs such as Word Press, osCommerce, Zen Cart, Joomla, etc for no charge. If you do not have hosting services with us, there is a one time fee of $50 to install the software.

Below are answeres to commonly asked questions about the web templates we have for sale.

1. What do I receive when I order a template?
   After you complete the payment via our secure shopping cart, you will receive a confirmation email with link(s) to download a zip file(s). The zip file(s) contains the following: PSD file(s), HTML file(s), fonts and advanced clipart library. You will need unzipping software to open and access the files in the archive.
   
   
2. In what formats are your templates available?
   Web site templates are available in Photoshop and HTML formats. Fonts are included with the Photoshop file. In most HTML templates HTML are compatible with Adobe GoLive, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Microsoft Frontpage. and other web site design software
   
   
3. What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the templates?
   You may:
   • Build a website using the template in any way you like.
   
   You may not:
   • Resell or redistribute templates (like we do).
   • Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of content providing companies and individuals.
   • Make more than one project using the same template. You have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design
   
   
4. What is the difference between unique and non-unique purchase?
   Non-Unique Purchase - Non-exclusive purchase means that other people can buy the same templates you have chosen.
   
   Unique Purchae - Exclusive purchase guarantees that you are the last person to buy this template. After an exclusive purchase occurs the template is being permanently removed from the sales directory and will never be available to other customers again. Only you and people who bought the template before you will own it.
   
   
5. Is it reasonable to make unique purchase of a template that has been purchased before?
   Yes. because there is very small chance you will find the same design on the net. There are more than 3,000,000,000 web pages online according to statistics by Google.
   
   
6. Is the license a one-time fee payment?
   Yes, the payment for your template is a one-time fee without any additional charges. After purchasing you may use the template as many times as you need for one website.
   
   
7. Is it possible to pay one price and have access to all templates for a certain amount of time?
   Sorry, we do not provide membership based services.
   
   
8. I would like to make payment by company check. Is that possible?
   Please use MoneyBookers payment option. They accept payments by check.
   
   
9. Is there any return policy?
   Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read "sources available" section. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.
   
   
10. I ordered a template but haven't received the download information.

14. How can I modify a template to suit my particular website?

15. Are your templates Microsoft FrontPage compatible?
    Most of templates come with HTML that is compatible with Adobe GoLive, Macromedia Dreamweaver and Microsoft Frontpage. Please check the 'sources available' field in the template preview window.
    
    
16. What software do you recommend for making HTML?
    We think that Macromedia Dreamweaver is the best you can find.
    
    
17. How can I modify flash portion of the template?
    Yes, but you will need to use Macromedia Flash™ to edit animated part of the template. Please visit the site of the Macromedia Flash™ for more information.
    
    
18. When I try to open the flash fla file, I get an error Unexpected file format.
    This means that .fla file is incompatible with your Flash version. Please install Flash MX2004 or Flash 8 (check the software requirements to the template) to edit this file.
    
    
19. Can I edit flash template in Swish?
    No, our Flash templates can be edited only with Macromedia Flash™
    
    
20. Can I change the pictures on the flash animated website and put my own pictures instead?
    Yes, you can!
    
    
21. What is the best place to find photos or images for modification of my template?
    We recommend you to purchase images from Getty Images.
    
    
22. I was wondering if you could give me the contact info for a particular designer?
    Sorry, due to security reasons, our corporate policy prohibits direct contacts with contractually obliged designers.
    
    
23. Is it possible to use your templates to develop websites for my customers?
    Yes, many webmasters do this! It is perfect for web designers who want to offer their customers a high-quality design and also save time and money. Remember, when you purchase a template with an ordinary or exclusive licence, it is only good for one domain or web site.
    
    
24. Is the installation service included in the purchase?
    No, it is not. We do offer installation services for a fee, depending on what you need. If you are a Bummer Hosting Solutions client, we will install software such as osCommerce, Zen Cart, and Word Press software for free. If your web hosting is with another company, there would be a charge to install those. We offer template installation services for up to 5 pages for $200.
