Below are screen captures and step by step instructions of how the Control Panel will look on the Firefox-browser. The steps will be similar on any other browser you are using. However, be aware, the prompts and screens will look differently on other browsers like I.E. (Internet Explorer), Opera, etc...
How do I login to my Control Panel?
FYI: Control Panels are setup only for those with an FTP account, who are on the Basic or higher webhosting plans.
Login to Control Panel
Go here: Website Control Panel.
1. Login with your Control Panel details:
* Email Address - The email used to login to your tech support account.
* Password - The same password used for FTP login to your domain
* Domain - The domain control panel you are logging in to. (Example: mysite.com)
2. The first time you attempt to sign in, you will see the following "Secure Connection Failed" on any browser you would use. You will need to "Add an Exception".
3. Now you will see the following. You will click where it says "Add Exception", Red Arrow.
4. A window will pop up over your screen. You will click where it says "Get Certificate".
5. Now you will need to "Confirm Security Exception".

After following the above steps, you will automatically be bounced into your Control Panel. You will only have to go through this process once,
as long your browser settings are saved.
FYI: A Self Signed Certificate is what we use for each Control Panel Login. Your login information will still be Encrypted, as long as you
access the Control Panel via the secure link, with the "https://"...

NOT all webhosting plans have access to the Control Panel. In addition, you may have to request to be setup with the
Control Panel if this is allowed on the hosting plan you are on. If you have any questions, or need to request access to your Control Panel,
you must submit a
Tech Support Ticket.
