If you are transferring a domain, you will need the EPP/Auth Code from your domain registrar.

If you are transferring a domain TO Bummerdomains.com from a different registrar, you will need to find the directions for doing so at your current registrar. The registrar holding the domain(s) is the one that would provide the Epp/Auth Code in order to transfer the domain(s) to a different registrar.

If you are transferring a domain away from BummerDomains.com, you will need to have the EPP/Auth Code sent to you from your BummerDomains.com admin. To have the Epp/Auth code emailed to you from your BummerDomains.com account, follow the steps below...

Step 1: Login to your BummerDomains.com account.

Step 2: Once logged in, look to the left side Menu for the heading "Domains". Click on "Domains".

Step 3: Directly underneath the heading "Domains" you will see "Manage Domains". Click on "Manage Domains".

Step 4: In the middle of the page, you will see your domain(s) listed under the heading "Domains:". Under your domain(s), you will see the word "Actions" and an M, R, S. Click on the M next to the domain you want to Manage.

Step 5: If you are transferring your domain(s), you will first want to "unlock your "domain(s), by Unchecking the box next to where it says "Domain Locking", then click "save". If you do not click "save", your settings will NOT stick.

Step 6: Now look to the Menu on the LEFT side of the page and you will see "Contact Information". Click on "Contact Information".

Step 7: In the Middle of the page, under the domain heading "Domains:", you will see the "Epp Key/Auth Code: Email to registrant". Click on the "Epp Key/Auth Code: Email to registrant". This action will send the Epp Key/Auth Code to your email on file. You will NEED the Epp/Auth Code in order to transfer your website to another registrar.

Be sure to check your spam folder in case your EPP/Auth email ends up there. The NEW registrar will ask you for the Epp/Auth Code in order to transfer your registration.

Be aware, not all email services deliver email instantly. So if you do not receive the EPP/Auth Code right away, give your email a little time to be delivered.
