First, check your admin link.
When the Web Site Builder is requested, the link to use for your admin will be sent to you in one of your Initial Tech Support Ticket emails. Check your Tech Support Tickets to find the exact link to your Web Site Builder Admin. If you do not see this in your Tech Support Tickets "my tickets", then you may have not requested it be setup. If this is the case, you will need to submit a Tech Ticket to request the setup of your own Web Site Builder admin. The Web Site Builder is setup by request only. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE DEMO AND EXPECT YOUR WEBSITE TO BE UP ON THE NET! THE DEMO WEBSITE BUILDER IS JUST THAT! A DEMO - A Sample. In order to actually design your website using the Web Site Builder, we have to configure and activate a Web Site Builder account for you to use.
Check to make sure your user/pw are correct.
The user/pw is cAsE sensitive, so be sure you enter your user/pw Exactly the way it was set up.
FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS ONCE YOU ARE LOGGED IN:
1) On the top right side of the page in the gray area, click on "Go to Admin Panel".
2) After the page loads, click on the far right "icon" which looks like a PENCIL.
3) The screen will bring you to the Editing section, where you can go to step 1-5 to design, edit and publish your site!

Check your browser settings.
Your internet browser must be configured to allow access to cookies and pop up windows.
You may need to download and install a fresh version of your internet browser, as browsers often become corrupted.
We suggest you have two browsers available to user, I.E. and Mozilla Firefox. If one browser does not work, you should be able to use the other. If you are using AOL's browser, this is most likely the issue. Use a different browser.
Most computers come with I. E. (Internet Explorer). You can always download and install a fresh copy of I.E., if it becomes corrupted.
We suggest you download and install a copy of Mozilla Firefox. You can download a copy Mozilla Firefox for free!
Check your firewall settings
Make sure your firewall is configured to allow access to the Web Site Builder. It may be blocking access!
If non of the above solves the problem...
Clear your cache, cookies and reboot your computer! Sometimes this will clear any problems.
If all else fails!
Try using a different computer!
