If you do not see your website on the internet, your domain name may not have propagated yet.
Once you have changed/edited the dns servers with your domain registrar, it will take anywhere from 15 minutes to 48 hours for your website to propagate. How long it takes will depend on when your ISP (Internet Service Provider) updates their dns servers.
If you have updated the dns server information with your domain registrar, per your Welcome Tech Support ticket, then your website should be propagated within 15 minutes to 48 hours.
If you cannot see the changes in this time frame, try clearing your cache and rebooting your computer. This will usually reset everything. If you've done this and still cannot see your website, then contact your ISP and ask them to update their dns servers. Once they do, you should be able to see your website on the internet.
Our dns server changes take place instantly, but ISP's around the world update their dns servers at different times. In order for everyone,in the world, to be able to see your website, full propagation of your domain name must take place. That means all ISPs around the world have to update their dns servers. Someone else, half way around the world, may be able to view your website, where you cannot, or vise versa. It all has to do with when the ISP's dns servers are updated.
