How do I check my web mail disk space usage?

FYI: Your Web Email has disk space limits set for each domain. This is per domain, not per email address. If you leave emails on your Web Mail, you will need to monitor your email disk space usage for all email addresses under the domain account to ensure you remain under the maximum disk limits. If you exceed your Web Mail Disk Space limits, you will not receive any email to any account under the domain. If you think you have exceeded your email disk space limits, or are about to, simply delete all your unwanted emails from your Inbox, sent box, trash, etc, from each email account under each domain name you host with us...via Bummer Web Mail.

1. Login to your email online, at: Bummer Web Mail
      * Email Address - The email address.
      * Password - Email password (Passwords are cAsE Sensitive)

2. Once logged in, click on "Tools" -> "Accounts".

3. Notice where it says "Disk Quota"? You will see a horizontal bar to the right side of Disk Quota, which will tell you the percentage of what you are using.

PLEASE BE AWARE: If you exceed your email disk space limits online, your email to all email accounts under your domain, will stop being delivered. To correct this, login to your Bummer Web Mail and delete all of your unwanted emails from your Inbox, sent box, trash, etc... You can check your disk quota, by following the steps above. The email disk limits are "PER DOMAIN". If you have exceeded the limits from any email address on your domain, no email will be delivered until you delete/remove the emails sitting online to under the limits for your domain email. If you have any questions, please log a Tech Support Ticket.
