Bummer Web Mail Disk Limits
All email accounts have a limit of 50 MB of disk space. The 50 MB disk space limit is TOTAL for all the email addresses under each domain. 50 MB is quite a lot of disk space. However, if you have a lot of email sitting on the server in your inbox, sent, trash, the disk space will add up quickly.
Web mail's purpose is for the sending and receiving of email. Web Mail is NOT for the storing of email.
To avoid delivery problems, please check your webmail inbox, sent box and trash to be sure to clear out any unwanted email. Clearing out unwanted email will solve most web mail delivery problems.
To Check your Email Disk Space Limits, do the following:
1. Login to your email online, at:
Bummer Web Mail
* Email Address - The email address.
* Password - Email password (Passwords are cAsE Sensitive)
2. Once logged in, click on "Tools" -> "Accounts".
3. Notice where it says "Disk Quota"? You will see a horizontal bar to the right side of Disk Quota, which will tell you the
percentage of what you are using.
PLEASE BE AWARE: If you exceed your email disk space limits online, your email to all email accounts under your domain, will stop being
delivered. To correct this, login to your Bummer Web Mail and delete all of your unwanted emails from your Inbox, sent box, trash, etc...
You can check your disk quota, by following the steps above. The email disk limits are "PER DOMAIN". If you have exceeded the limits from any
email address on your domain, no email will be delivered until you delete/remove the emails sitting online to under the limits for your domain
email. If you have any questions, please log a
Tech Support Ticket.
