To change your email password, please read the following...

1) Go to BummerMail.com.

2) Login to the web mail with your username and password. (The username is your entire email address).

3) Once you are logged into your Web Mail, click on "TOOLS", and then "ACCOUNTS", then a window will pop open. Be sure you are on the "Primary", tab.

4) In the box given, enter your OLD password, and then your NEW password.

5) Then click the "OK" button.

6) If you want all of your email passwords changed, you will need to login to each email account you have, via BummerMail.com, and do the same thing, or you can submit a tech support ticket with the request to change the passwords on all of your email accounts. Please be specific about what the email addresses are and what you want for the passwords.

Please be aware, you should always use a combination of letters and numbers in any of the passwords you have. Using some uppercase and lowercase letters in addition to numbers is even better! This way your passwords will be hardened against hackers. Bummer Hosting requires passwords be hardened.
