such as software configuration (setup), email support, streaming media, Java chat pages, domain name registration, DRM, etc. We gladly
support our products if you have any problems which resides on our end!
Free tech support for our software does not include lost passwords,
if you have tried to modify our software for any reason, or webmaster duties (html, updates, etc). If you require help with the installation and/or configuration
of software on your computer, it would be covered under the Advanced Support below.
Advanced Support ($45 per 1/2 hour): Additional tech support not covered by our free
support such as custom programming / scripting services, database administration, software installations, special software configuration,
custom programming, reinstalling or reconfiguring software, html, web page design, and special requests.
