Free Customer Support: Anything to do with services offered by Bummer Hosting Solutions such as our software configuration email support, streaming media, Java chat pages, domain name registration, DRM, etc. We gladly support our products!

Advanced Support ($45 per 1/2 hour): Additional tech support not covered by our free support such as custom programming / scripting services, database administration, software installations, special software configuration, custom programming, reinstalling or reconfiguring software, and special requests.

Bummer Billing Department - Access all of your billing statements at any time. It is here that you can securely (via 128 bit SSL encryption) update your billing information. In addition, you can add or cancel your web hosting services.

Website Control Panel - Login here to manage the web sites you host with us. You can view your web site stats, set crontabs, add or configure a MySql database, and more! Please note, this service is not available for all web hosting plans.

Bummer Web Mail - Access your email accounts from any computer in the world! You can do anything with Bummer Mail that you can do on your computer. You can change your email password, configure your spam filters, and even change the admin web template you view!

Client Tools - These tools help with your everyday web hosting. There are graphs and flash tutorials on how to use website control panels, FTP clients, and setup Outlook! There are window pop-up generators, color matching for web page design, networking tools, and more!
